I know my drain system needs repair. How much disruption should I expect?

If open excavation (digging) is required, some disruption is inevitable but it can be minimised by restricting the digging to the minimum possible width. Ideally, the digging should be done in short sections to keep the drain in service, especially over the night-time period.
